Terms of Service
Acceptance and Eligibility
By using Yume — its Discord commands, buttons, web pages, or purchases — you agree to these terms. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times while using Yume.
One Account
You may play Yume on one Discord account only. The following are not allowed:
- Using alternate accounts to gain extra drops, grabs, currency, cards, cooldown resets, or any other advantage.
- Operating "feeder" accounts or systematically funneling cards, currency, or items from other accounts into a main account.
Fair Play
- No automation of any kind: macros, scripts, self-bots, auto-clickers, or modified clients that interact with Yume for you.
- No exploiting bugs, duplicating cards or currency, or abusing unintended behavior. If you discover a serious exploit, report it to staff — knowingly using or concealing a severe exploit is treated the same as abusing it.
- No harassment, hate speech, or sexual content directed through or attached to Yume features.
Cards, Cosmetics, and Sketches
Cards, frames, glows, filters, currencies, Ink, and all other in-game items are virtual game content. Sketches made in the Yume Sketch Workshop are user-generated content: you may not draw sexual, hateful, harassing, or otherwise prohibited material on cards. Staff may remove any sketch or user-generated content that violates these rules, and repeated violations can lead to loss of Sketch access or account penalties.
Staff and Moderation
Yume staff may moderate the game to keep it fair. This includes removing cards, currency, or cosmetics obtained through abuse or exploits, rolling back abusive trades, and suspending or blacklisting accounts that break these terms. Staff decisions about fair play are final, though you can always appeal through the official Yume Discord server (discord.gg/yumebot).
Virtual Items and Purchases
Virtual items have no guaranteed real-world value. Optional purchases (such as crystals) are processed by Stripe. Purchases deliver virtual content immediately and are generally non-refundable; if something goes wrong with a purchase (for example the item never arrived), contact staff through the official Yume Discord server (discord.gg/yumebot) and we will make it right or process a refund where appropriate or required by law.
Service Availability and Changes
Yume is provided "as is". The bot may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or Discord platform issues. Game features, card odds, economy values, and mechanics may be added, changed, rebalanced, or removed over time as the game evolves.
Termination
You may stop using Yume at any time. Yume may suspend or permanently blacklist accounts that violate these terms. Blacklisted accounts lose access to Yume features; virtual items in suspended accounts have no cash value and are not compensated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yume and its operators are not liable for lost virtual items, lost progress, service downtime, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the bot. Yume's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Yume in the ninety days before the claim arose.
Disputes and Contact
If you have a problem, contact staff through the official Yume Discord server (discord.gg/yumebot) first — nearly every issue can be resolved there. These terms may be updated as Yume evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the official server. Continued use of Yume after an update means you accept the updated terms.
